An idea of creature concept came when I was watching ''How to train your dragon''
All parts separated, as it's easy to manage lots of things!
I have created low poly model under the high poly one, created a cage model for texture baking and baked them using xNormal tool.
Total of 7.886 Polys used for creature
Later I have made spine constrains having weight changing parameter, where I could easy attach them to splines and have a nice body flow along them.
